Violette UWAMAHORO
Violette UWAMAHORO is a seasoned public health
activist and development leader with over 20 years of experience working with international and local NGOs to design and lead impactful programs that improve the lives of vulnerable communities.
In 2019, she founded F&A Professional, a platform dedicated to promoting mental health safeguarding and advancing holistic approaches to public health. Guided by her passion for mental health and wellbeing, Violette has been at the forefront of efforts to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and strengthen community-based support systems for vulnerable groups.
Throughout her career, she has successfully led initiatives in health, education, and social protection, with a strong focus on empowering disadvantaged populations and advocating for equitable access to essential services. Her leadership has consistently driven sustainable results, bringing hope and dignity to those most in need.
A committed changemaker, Violette continues to champion inclusive solutions that place people’s wellbeing at the center of development.

Jean Claude NSHIMIYIMANA
Jean Claude is Health professional with 15+ years experience driving programs that improve health outcomes and strengthen community wellbeing.
Former Country Director for Help a Child and Health Poverty Action, and Deputy Chief of Party on a USAID-funded youth livelihoods project. Skilled in health systems strengthening,
child protection, economic empowerment, and fundraising, with proven success securing support from USAID, DFID, EU, UN, and the Global Fund. Experienced in building government partnerships
and leading multi-sector initiatives that deliver lasting health and social impact.

Alice Mukashyaka is a renowned Rwandan journalist with a strong passion for supporting vulnerable communities. She built her media career working with leading radio
stations including KT Radio, Radio Flash, and Radio Imanzi FM, where she became known for amplifying community voices and stories of resilience.
At F&A Professional, Alice coordinates daily activities that ensure hosted people receive the care, dignity, and comfort they need. Her communication skills and humanitarian drive make her
a dedicated advocate for those most in need.

Joyeuse Uwimbabazi oversees the day-to-day running of F&A Professional, ensuring
that resources, people, and processes work together smoothly to achieve our goals. Her role combines strategic
planning with hands-on management, from supervising staff to streamlining workflows and improving customer satisfaction.
With strong skills in administration, problem-solving, and team leadership, Joyeuse ensures that projects are delivered on time,
costs are controlled, and standards of quality are maintained. Acting as the link between management and staff, they play a central
role in fostering collaboration, driving efficiency, and supporting the company’s growth.
Finance and Compliance Officer
Marie Chantal UWIHOREYE
Marie Chantal manages the company’s financial records, reporting, and compliance, ensuring accuracy and transparency in all transactions. Skilled in bookkeeping, budgeting, tax preparation, and financial analysis, Marie Chantal provides management with the data needed for sound decision-making.
With a strong eye for detail and proficiency in accounting software, Marie Chantal ensures that accounts are reconciled, payroll is processed on time, and financial statements meet both regulatory standards and organizational needs. Beyond numbers, she acts as a trusted advisor, helping the business control costs, maximize resources, and plan for sustainable growth.

Vincent TUYISENGE
Vincent supports the planning, implementation, and monitoring of nutrition programs aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities hosted at the center. Skilled in dietary assessment, nutrition education, program design, and monitoring & evaluation, Vincent provides technical guidance to ensure interventions are effective and evidence-based.
He works closely with healthcare teams, caregivers, and community members to promote healthy eating practices, prevent malnutrition, and enhance overall health outcomes.

Moise ensures that home care environments are safe, secure, and well-prepared for any health or safety incidents. Skilled in emergency preparedness, risk assessment, infection prevention, and crisis response, he develops and implement protocols to protect patients, caregivers, and visitors.
By monitoring risks, training staff, and coordinating health and safety measures, Moise plays a crucial role in maintaining a secure, supportive, and high-quality home care environment that prioritizes patient wellbeing.
Medical Hygiene Officer
Verene MBARUSHIMANA
As a Medical Hygiene Officer, Verena ensures that home care environments remain clean, safe, and hygienic for patients, caregivers, and visitors. With expertise in infection prevention, sanitation, and waste management, she develops and oversee hygiene protocols, train staff, and monitor compliance to reduce health risks.
